User expressly agrees that the use of the ASI website is at user’s sole risk. the ASI website and content are provided "as is" and "as available" for user’s personal use, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, unless such warranties are legally incapable of exclusion. in no event shall ASI and its affiliated companies be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the ASI website or with the delay or inability to use the ASI website.

ASI respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our members to do the same. If user believes that user’s Work , Trade marks, or Logos has been copied and is accessible on the ASI service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, user may notify ASI by providing ASI's copyright agent the following information:
